Counselling and Psychotherapy
Common to both models I provide a safe grounded environment within which people can explore, overcome the most challenging situations and discover their 'inert' resources to live life to the full.
In counselling I initiate a co~created program to target 'here and now' problems, taking account of personal history and life situation. We then focus on achievable outcomes appropriate to the time frame.
In psychotherapy I aim for the integration of traumatic experiences and emotional disturbances in order to foster healthy relationships. I focus on facilitating a more grounded sense of self.
Couples relationship counselling:
My couples work is solution focussed and features advanced psychological models and coaching techniques to offer the most efficient way forward in a time limited package. This signposts a measurable marker for change.
